Today & Daily Brief

The Today tab is the home screen of the Santara AI Mobile app. This is where it provides an overview of your business status and operational progress for the day, helping you quickly grasp the situation without going into every detail.

You can flexibly switch between two views using the toggle at the top of the page: Brief and Overview.

1. Brief

The “Brief” mode focuses on reports and smart insights from AI, helping you instantly know what the priority issues are.

Brief Mode

• Regenerate / Refresh: Tap the Refresh button for the AI to generate and summarize the latest daily brief based on real-time data.
• Mark Reviewed: After reading, you can tap “Mark Reviewed” to confirm that you have grasped the day’s operations (how many arrivals, departures, cleans…).
• Share: Tap the Share button to open a form to share the brief report with other team members or the property owner.

View AI Analytics & Suggestions

• AI Insights: Displays important and urgent notifications for the day (e.g., guest complaints, maintenance issues). You can tap directly on an Insight to go to that Ticket/Issue handling screen.
• Pricing Insights: View suggestions and information about room pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
• Upsell Opportunities: Track cross-selling opportunities and service upgrades for guests (e.g., inviting guests for early check-in, late check-out).

2. Overview

The “Overview” mode is more executable, focusing on tracking and coordinating staff and rooms in reality.

Overview Mode

• Cleaning Operations: A summary board of the cleaning workload for the day, how many rooms are done, how many rooms are waiting to be cleaned.
• Tomorrow Strip: A quick view strip of forecasts and tasks for tomorrow so the team can prepare in advance.
• Today Timeline & Turnover Coordination: A real-time timeline of bookings for today. Here, you can visually track cleaning progress and coordinate available rooms, making the turnover process between guests smoother.
