Connect Glamping Hub
Email Glamping Hub to connect Channex, enter the Hotel ID they give you, and map per room.
How to connect Glamping Hub to Santara AI. The setup inside Santara AI is the same for every channel (Connect another channel); this page covers what is specific to Glamping Hub.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You need your own contract with Glamping Hub, with the property’s details and photos already in its extranet. Santara AI connects a property that is signed up; it cannot create one on Glamping Hub for you.
- A property with at least one room in Santara AI.
- No other channel manager or iCal link on the property in Glamping Hub — two systems updating one calendar overwrite each other.
1. Switch the connection on in Glamping Hub
Section titled “1. Switch the connection on in Glamping Hub”Glamping Hub has to allow the connection first. Channex is Santara AI’s connectivity partner — it is the name Glamping Hub knows us by.
- Email Glamping Hub support to request a Channex connection.
- They connect it and give you a Hotel ID.
2. Connect in Santara AI
Section titled “2. Connect in Santara AI”- Open Settings → Channels → Add a channel, find GlampingHub, and press Connect.
- Pick the property it is for.
- Fill in the fields below, then press Test connection.
- When the test passes, press Connect and continue.

| Send Property Notification | Optional. Tick it and a Property Email field appears — that address gets an email for every new booking. |
If Test connection fails, check the ID, then ask Glamping Hub support to confirm the property is connected to Channex.
3. Map rooms and rates
Section titled “3. Map rooms and rates”- Per room — one price for the room, whoever stays. Map your full-occupancy rate.
Map every room and rate Glamping Hub shows. One left unmapped gets no updates, and Glamping Hub keeps selling it on its old availability.
4. Import and go live
Section titled “4. Import and go live”Santara AI checks what is mapped, turns the channel on and brings across the stays Glamping Hub already has. From then on, rates, availability and restrictions sync from Santara AI — see Going live.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Answer Glamping Hub guests in Glamping Hub’s own inbox — guest messages from Glamping Hub do not come into Santara AI.
